This is a static website. We do not run analytics on it, we do not set cookies, and we do not have a database collecting anything about your visit.
Last updated: 13 August 2026.
Information you send us directly. If you email us, or use the contact form — which composes a message in your own email client rather than submitting it to a server — we receive whatever you choose to include: your name, email address, and the content of your message. We use it to reply to you and to carry on any resulting conversation about work.
Information collected automatically. We do not use analytics, tracking pixels, or advertising technology on this site, and we do not set cookies. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — for security and operational purposes, under their own policies.
Fonts. This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. When your browser fetches them, Google receives the request, including your IP address, under Google's privacy policy. Nothing else on this site contacts a third party.
We use what you send us to respond to your enquiry, provide services you ask for, and keep records of our business correspondence. That is the whole list.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties except where necessary to operate our business — for example, the email provider that carries your message — or where required by law.
We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful to the working relationship and any legal or accounting obligations that follow from it. If you would like us to delete correspondence with you, write to us and we will do so where we are not required to retain it.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information in our possession. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and email in particular should not be treated as a confidential channel — please do not send passwords, credentials, or sensitive personal data by email. If you need to share something sensitive during an engagement, ask us and we will arrange an appropriate channel.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these, write to contact@nimblejinn.com and we will respond within the period required by applicable law.
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted here with an updated date. Material changes to how we handle information will be described plainly rather than buried.
Questions about privacy can be sent to contact@nimblejinn.com.
